Want to get screwed? Come here. I bought 900 dollars work of items here. The system did not work properly. I told Fred Ramos I wanted a refund nothing more nothing less. He told me about the 15% restocking fee and the non refundable install fee I said fine. He then went back on his previous words and after I said “Show me where in your policy it says I cannot return these items after five days? Where it cleary says on the receipt I might add. He guy is a crook. He then told me that he did not give a shit, and that it was not going to happen today ( the refund that is) take my advice this place is a waste of time and good hard earned money. Im 23 years old with 2 tours in Iraq and most importantly a paying costumer. No respect for anyone. I have also filed with the bbb.org Better Business Bureau, where you clearly see 4 complaints already made within 36 months 5 including mine.
